Η επέμβαση σε αυτές τις πραγματοποιημένες κατοικίες βασίστηκε στην επιδίωξη να γίνουν ανεξάρτητες εξοχικές κατοικίες με διαφορετικό χαρακτήρα, εκμεταλλευόμενοι τις διαφορετικές οπτικές που εξασφάλιζε το κάθε οικόπεδο. Αν και ήταν διαμορφωμένες σε βαθμίδες με τις επεμβάσεις και ιδιαίτερα με την θέση των πισινών επιτεύχθηκε η ιδιωτικότητα που αποτελούσε κύριο γνώμονα σχεδιασμού. Η αισθητική ξεκινά από το ανώτερο επίπεδο υποδηλώνοντας τη διάθεση μιας πολυτελούς κατοικίας με την εξωστρέφεια να χαρακτηρίζει το συγκεκριμένο κτήριο καθώς όλοι οι χώροι περιστοιχίζουν τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο, οπότε και η διαχείρισή του ήταν ανάλογη. Η πισίνα αποτέλεσε ένα στοιχείο που τοποθετήθηκε στην επέκταση του καθιστικού το οποίο έχει τη δυνατότητα να ενοποιείται με τον εξωτερικό χώρο.

Στο μεσαίο επίπεδο η  επέμβαση κινείται με στόχο την επέκταση του εσωτερικού με το εξωτερικό. Το διαμορφωμένο περιβάλλον αναπτύσσεται σε δύο επίπεδα και καταλήγει σε ένα υπόσκαφο καθιστικό στο επίπεδου θέασης οπότε και πλαισιώνεται μια οπτική όπου το νερό της τεχνητής δεξαμενής μετατρέπεται σε φυσικό όριο και η θάλασσα συνιστά τη συνέχεια αυτού. Τέλος η τρίτη κατοικία παρουσιάζει τη μεγαλύτερη εσωστρέφεια με την πισίνα να τοποθετείται ακριβώς μπροστά από τους χώρους διημέρευσης. Η προσέγγιση αυτού του κτιριακού όγκου χαρακτηρίζεται από μια αρχέγονη αισθητική με τα πετρώματα και επενδύσεις σκούρων αποχρώσεων να ορίζουν και την επέμβαση τόσο σε υλικότητα όσο και στην κατασκευή.

While designing the strategy of intervetion in these three residences, it become apparent that privacy and diversification was the primary goal. The estate is located on a slope at the end of the settlement overlooking the sea. This fact provide us with the opportunity to handle each residence and the placement of the pool with a different design and aesthetic. Strarting from the top where the bigger house is placed, the sense of luxury and of a more high-end result was anticipated. In the higher level of the estate there is the house that opens-up to its surroundings and the same intention was the strategy of the pool design which is placed as a continuation of the living room area, so as to unify the interior and exterior during the summer months. The same idea , even more extensively, was adopted on the second-level residence. In this case all the available space was utilized so as to frame the sea view.

The pool was situated at the border of the plot, and the remaining area around was configurated in tree different levels, with a sitting area being formed right next to the pool. The resulting view was a smooth transition from the water of the pool to the sea front. The eye perspective played a major role so as to form the enviroment of the middle house. The bottom level residence was a challenge. Being on the lower level it hasn’t the view that the upper plots have,  but it offered a ground molding opportunity. The slope in this part of the estate has a bolder inclination. Because of the landscape the pool was placed as an offset of the house outline and the aesthetic that was formed had a more primitive and introverted character than the other residences. Even the materials and textures that were selected were darker and more raw, embracing the dark rock material of the area. The unique approach of this final house actually enhances the design of the two houses that were described above.
